Centrum Klima - increase of sales revenues in 2010
Centrum Klima - the leading Polish producer and distributor of ventilation and air-conditioning systems, which is also an important player on the European markets - obtained sales revenues on the level of PLN 84.51 million in 2010, which means an increase by 17.9% in comparison to the corresponding period of 2009. EBITDA in 2010 was PLN 10.27 million and increased by 6.4% in comparison to 2009, whereas gross profit amounted to PLN 8.38 million, which means an increase by 1.2% in comparison to 2009.

Management Board of Centrum Klima recommends dividend payment
The Management Board of Centrum Klima - the leading Polish producer and distributor of ventilation and air-conditioning systems, which is also an important player on the European markets - recommends payment of the dividend for 2010 in the amount of PLN 0.45 per share to shareholders. Passing the resolution concerning this issue by the next General Meeting of Shareholders of the Company would mean transferring about 58% of net profit for 2010, that is approximately PLN 3.83 million, which results from the updated financial results forecasts, for this purpose.

Centrum Klima expands its production plant in Wieruchów
Centrum Klima - the leading Polish producer and distributor of ventilation and air-conditioning systems, which is also an important player on the European markets - concluded a preliminary purchase agreement concerning a plot with the area of over 13,000 m2 in Wieruchów near Warsaw. The area which is the subject of the agreement is directly adjacent to the current seat of the company. The transaction worth PLN 6.1 million according to estimates, is connected with the business expansion planned by Centrum Klima.
