Centrum Klima selects main contractor for its Wieruchów project
Centrum Klima - leaders in the HVAC segment in Poland and major players in Europe - have signed a contract with main contractor for construction of the storage, production and office facility in Wieruchów near Warsaw. Works will commence early next year to be completed by July 2010. The contract signed with the Skalski company has a price tag of PLN 15,3 million. The contractor was selected during a tender in which more than ten offers were received, with 6 short-listed prospective suppliers.

Shares of Centrum Klima listed in continuous trading
The Management Board of Warsaw Stock Exchange adopted a resolution, on whose basis on December 7, 2009 the shares of Centrum Klima - a leading Polish and a recognised European manufacturer and distributor of ventilation and air-conditioning systems were introduced to the trading on the main floor of Warsaw Stock Exchange. In this way the Company's shares of series A, B and C are listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange in continuous trading.

Centrum Klima continues equipment stock investments
Centrum Klima - a leader in the HVAC segment in Poland and a major player in Europe – bought another machine from the renown Italian manufacturer OMERA for production of circular fittings used in ventilation systems. The cost of this investment is EUR 60 thousand. The company has been following its strategy of machine stock expansion, with this year's investments totaling EUR 595 thousand.

Centrum Klima meets financial forecasts
Year-to-date consolidated revenues of Centrum Klima - a leader in the HVAC segment in Poland and a major player in Europe - after three quarters of 2009 have reached PLN 53.9 million and the net profit PLN 5.0 million.
