Centrum Klima sell to Norway, Slovenia and Portugal too
70% of the company's exports go to large multinational entities. Sales markets include more than 20 countries: Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Holland, Ireland, Lithuania, Germany, Slovakia, UK, Italy, Israel, Moldavia, Macedonia and Ukraine, plus the new additions of Norway, Slovenia and Portugal.
Product portfolio comprises the company's own products, such as circular ducts and fittings, ventilation fittings with ventilation equipment, steel coil air pipes and goods from several product groups from other manufacturers. Dynamic growth of exports guarantees a constant flow of orders, offering margins even four times higher than in domestic trade, which translates into production stability.
"Our priority is intensification of export operations. We want to develop relations with our existing partners and enter new markets. We are constantly monitoring the industry's tendencies and customer requirements and expectations in order to best adjust our offer. I believe that to-quality trade relations are the key to success, both on domestic and export markets" - said Marek Perendyk, CEO Centrum Klima S.A.
In the 3-rd quarter of 2009 Centrum Klima could clearly feel the growth trend in the HVAC and construction industries, to a large extent also in western Europe. Good quality and attractive prices contributed greatly to increased number of orders from European markets. Export sales represented 23% of the total. Under the company's long-term strategy, its exports are expected to grow to some 45%.
A growing interest of west European markets is experienced. With a view to increasing production capacity to accommodate the growing demand, the company has been gradually extending its equipment stock. Funds from the recent IPO will be used to finance construction of an advanced warehousing, production and office facility in Wieruchów near Warsaw. Construction is penciled in to commence in early 2010 and should be completed by July of the same year. The value of main contractor agreement signed with the Skalski company is PLN 15,3 million. With the new investment complete, the company will be able to react even more efficiently to growing demands of its customers, mainly abroad.
"Our status of public company is of much significance to our customers, mainly abroad, who now perceive Centrum Klima as supplier with special credibility and transparency, and are more willing to start business relations with us" - added Marek Perendyk.
