Launching new office and celebrating the Company's 15-year anniversary
19 listopada br. nastąpiło oficjalne otwarcie nowego kompleksu produkcyjno-biurowego Centrum Klima, połączone z obchodami 15-lecia funkcjonowania firmy na rynkach polskim i zagranicznych. Głównym punktem programu było zwiedzanie zakładu w Wieruchowie, a następnie gości z Polski i z zagranicy zaproszono na uroczysty bankiet w warszawskim Hotelu Intercontinental.
The modern complex in Wieruchów has left a major impression on the visitors. Among others, a production hall, warehouse with umbrella roof, and social and office building were constructed on the plot with the area of 22,142 m². The production hall, covering the usable floor area of 3,429 m², seriously contributed to the increased production, when compared to the plant in Piastów. Only in 2010, the Company spent PLN 6 million on the purchase of new machines, and therefore it can now boast of one of the latest machine stocks in Europe.
The major advantage of the new location is a high stock capacity warehouse, covering over 5,000 m², where goods are stored on euro-palettes arranged on five storage levels. Loading and unloading takes place at the special gates and loading/unloading docks, located under the floor level.
The office building is a two-storey facility, covering the area of 1,930 m2. Staff rooms for production workers are located on the first floor, whereas the ground floor houses a conference room, training room and office premises.
On the occasion of 15-years anniversary of the Company, its achievements were mentioned. According to the adopted strategy, the Company develops its product portfolio and wins new markets in other countries - foreign contracts already constitute 27 percent of the revenues of Centrum Klima and the Company aims to increase their share in total revenues up to 45 proc. The Company also boasted of its record results for 3rd quarter - cumulatively, the revenues of Centrum Klima for three quarters of 2010 increased by 17.2% to PLN 63.3 million, in comparison to the first three quarters of 2009
