Directors of Centrum Klima SA recommend paying dividend
Na najbliższym posiedzeniu Zwyczajnego Walnego Zgromadzenia Akcjonariuszy Centrum Klima podjęta zostanie uchwała o podziale zysku za rok obrotowy 2009. Zarząd zarekomenduje wypłatę dywidendy w wysokości 0,40 zł na każdą akcję.
Centrum Klima SA has been consistently achieving its issue goals adopted at the public offer in October 2009. The company's key investment: the construction of a production, warehouse and office complex in Wieruchów, has been carried out as scheduled, in spite of intensive winter. Thus, works are planned to be completed in July 2010. Thanks to this project, Centrum Klima SA will be able to respond even more efficiently to increasing demand of its recipients. The investment totals to approximately PLN 32 million.
The company regularly implements innovative technological solutions to expand and make its offer more attractive and increase its competitiveness. In 2009, the company bought 5 modern machines, whose implementation contributed to the further growth of production capacity and the number of orders.
"Through our operating strategy and its consistent fulfilment, we systematically increase our income and financial performance. For 2008, we paid 21.7% of net profit in the form of dividend. Although the year 2009 was a difficult period for many entrepreneurs, it ended up positively for Centrum Klima SA. Additionally, the company earned savings from investments, therefore Directors decided to recommend profit distribution among Shareholders", says Marek Perendyk, President of the Board of Directors of Centrum Klima SA.
In 2009, Centrum Klima SA also intensified its export activity, including both the growth of the number of contracts with its existing partners, as well as the acquisition of new markets. The offer of Centrum Klima SA is used by business partners from 20 states: the company acquired new customers in Norway, Slovenia and Portugal. In addition, through the consistent expansion of our foreign activity scale, the company's portfolio included further partners from France, Belgium, the Czech Republic and Slovakia.
