Centrum Klima prepares for boosting the production
Centrum Klima - wiodący na rynku polskim oraz liczący się w Europie producent i dystrybutor systemów wentylacyjnych i klimatyzacyjnych - zakupiła pakiet maszyn szwajcarskiej firmy Spiro International o wartości 1,34 mln zł*. Inwestycja związana jest z budową nowego kompleksu magazynowo-produkcyjno-biurowego w Wieruchowie i wzmocni dotychczasowe moce produkcyjne spółki.
Highly automated Spiro machines are characterized not only by the highest degree of the efficiency, but also the exactness of operation and free-failure work. Spiro International is an unquestionable leader in the manufacture of the machines for the ventilation-air-conditioning segment. Centrum Klima has already 18 devices operating of the company. Newly purchased ones will be mounted at the end of July 2010 in the warehouse-production-office complex in Wieruchów.
"Already now we are in the possession of one of the most modern machine Marks in Europe and we still are going to extend it. We decided to continua the cooperation with the company Spiro due to the present, very positive experience connected therewith" - says Marek Perendyk, President of the Management Board of Centrum Klima SA.
A set of new machines contains a line welder, Gorelocker - namely, the machine for the production of ventilation elbows, plasma cutter, fully automated manufacturing line for rolling and welding the elements, a machine for cutting out the elements of the ventilation elbows and generators for the ice water to cool the welders.
In 2009, Centrum Klima purchased 7 modern manufacturing machines with a total value of 3,19 mln zł. Due to the realized investments in the production capacities, in 2009, the share of the own production in the revenues on sale increased from 18% in 2008 to 22% in 2009. Whereas, the share of own production in export increased from 43% in 2008 to 48% in 2009.
