Centrum Klima contributes to the education of Polish university students
Centrum Klima - wiodący na rynku polskim oraz liczący się w Europie producent i dystrybutor systemów wentylacyjnych i klimatyzacyjnych - w ramach inicjatywy wspierania edukacji, przeprowadziła kolejne z serii szkolenie dla studentów Politechniki Warszawskiej. Nie był to pierwszy wspólny projekt spółki i uczelni. Firma od 2008 roku współpracuje m.in. z Instytutem Ogrzewnictwa i Wentylacji Politechniki - dostarcza elementy klimatyzacyjno-wentylacyjne do wykorzystania podczas badań naukowych.
 The training for students of the Warsaw University of Technology showed how ventilation centres work and also presented the practical aspects of designing and assembling installations.
After the successful training the authorities of the largest and oldest university of technology in Poland, and the Management Board of Centrum Klima have expressed the willingness to continue this cooperation. A trip and another lecture are being planned, which would allow the students to learn about the characteristics of production facilities operation at the company.
"We are glad to share our skills, acquired on domestic and foreign markets, with students, because it is important for us that the highest quality specialists are trained in Poland. The fact that we are the owner of the latest machinery stock in Europe makes our technological knowledge and know-how unique on the Polish scale. I think the students appreciate our experience and therefore they are eager to participate in our lectures" - says Marek Perendyk, President of the Management Board of Centrum Klima SA.
Since 2007 "Akademia Centrum Klima" (Centrum Klima Academy) has been in operation. Within this framework the company conducts free training in technological issues connected with air-conditioning and ventilation industry. As the company develops, the number of products it offers and their technological complexity grows. In view of the needs of current and future customers, the company has established a modern multimedia room where lectures are held.
About 154 persons are employed at Centrum Klima. Office staff constitutes 32% of all employees, whereas the remaining 68% are production and stock department workers. Due to its dynamic development the company is constantly looking for the candidates to work as sales and technical specialists.
The company consistently strives to develop the export activities which give it an opportunity to expand its knowledge and international experience in the industry. Currently, about 70% of Centrum Klima offer is used by large international organizations. The company provides its products to business partners from over 20 countries, among others: Belgium, the Czech Republic, Denmark, France, the Netherlands, Ireland, Lithuania, Germany, Slovakia, the United Kingdom, Italy, Israel, Moldova, Macedonia, Ukraine and the newly acquired customers from Norway, Slovenia and Portugal.
Moreover, Centrum Klima regularly participates in industry fairs organized both in Poland and abroad. Lately, it has presented its line and technological solutions during International MCE Fairs 2010 in Milan or the International Trade Fair for Installations and Equipment "Instalacje 2010" in Poznań.
