Centrum Klima has become the Pearl of Polish Stock Exchange
Centrum Klima - wiodący na rynku polskim oraz liczący się w Europie producent i dystrybutor systemów wentylacyjnych i klimatyzacyjnych - znalazła się wśród "Pereł Polskiej Giełdy", wyróżnionych przez redakcję Gazety Giełdy "Parkiet". O otrzymaniu nominacji zdecydowały nie tylko wyniki finansowe spółki, ale także zwyżka ceny jej akcji.
Centrum Klima placed 226 on the main list, which included 348 companies and placed 66 among 110 companies participating in the sub-ranking concerning industrial-construction sector. The position in the ranking was determined by change in revenues, operating profit, market value and profitability of equity in comparison to 2008 and an average value of these factors in years 2007-2009. Market value and share price dynamics were also subject to the analysis. Thanks to such extensive range of data, the organizers could perform a detailed assessment of the company's condition and its perception by investors.
"Situation on financial markets during recent years has been difficult, especially in construction industry, therefore we are even more happy about the title of Pearl of Polish Stock Exchange. This title not only shows a stable position of our company, but also proves that we are reliable and credible in business, which is appreciated by our shareholders" - says Marek Perendyk, President of the Management Board of Centrum Klima SA.
Centrum Klima continuously consolidates its position on Polish market. It has also been confirmed by the financial results for the first quarter of 2010, which stayed on the level comparable to 2009, despite long winter. Revenues from sales reached PLN 17.05 mln. Net profit was PLN 1.30 mln, that is 3.25% more than in I quarter of 2009. Foreign sales increased by 29.2% (from PLN 3.63 mln in I quarter of 2009 to 4.70 mln in I quarter of 2010).
