Centrum Klima will pay higher dividend for 2009
Akcjonariusze Centrum Klima - podczas WZA, które odbyło się w dniu 20 maja 2010 roku - podjęli decyzję o wypłacie dywidendy za rok 2009, w wysokości 0,45 zł na jedną akcję. Oznacza to zwiększenie pierwotnie zakładanej kwoty 0,40 zł o 0,05 zł za walor. Łącznie spółka wypłaci 57% zysku jednostkowego netto, czyli 3,833 mln zł. Dniem ustalenia prawa do dywidendy będzie 7 czerwca 2010, a jej wypłata nastąpi 17 czerwca 2010.
In 2009 the company gained revenues from sales in the amount of PLN 1.7 million, thus meeting the envisaged financial forecasts in 101.5%. Net profit was 6.7 million (forecast met in 95.8%), which contributed to obtaining net margin of 9.4% and ensured stable development for the company despite unfavourable economic conditions.
"Consistent implementation of issue objectives adopted during the public offering, announced in October 2009 contributes to continuous increase of our value, and at the same time to the consolidation of our market position despite more difficult economic conditions. Due to good results achieved in 2009 and additional investment savings we decided to increase the amount of dividend which should evoke a positive response on the market and among investors" - says Marek Perendyk, President of the Management Board of Centrum Klima SA.
Centrum Klima has been consistently consolidating its position on Polish market. It is also confirmed by the financial results of 2010, which remained on the level comparable to 2009, despite long winter. Revenues from sales reached PLN 17.05 million. Net profit was PLN 1.30 million, that is 3.25% more than in I quarter of 2009. Foreign sales increased by 29.2% (from PLN 3.63 million in I quarter of 2009 to 4.70 million in I quarter of 2010).
Perfect financial condition of Centrum Klima and its appeal to investors were appreciated by stock exchange daily, Parkiet. The Company was included in the prestigious group of Polish Stock Exchange Pearls, that is the most valuable companies on Warsaw Stock Exchange. This title not only shows a stable position of the company, but also proves that it is reliable and credible in business.
The shareholders of Centrum Klima were also paid dividend for 2008. The Management Board designated 21.7% of net profit for this dividend.
