Centrum Klima - record sales results in the second quarter of 2010!
Centrum Klima - wiodący w na rynku polskim oraz liczący się w Europie producent i dystrybutor systemów wentylacyjnych i klimatyzacyjnych - w II kwartale 2010 roku osiągnęła przychody ze sprzedaży na poziomie 22,05 mln zł, co oznacza wzrost o 22,91% w stosunku do analogicznego okresu roku 2009 (17,9 mln zł). Zysk netto wyniósł 1,89 mln zł. Sprzedaż zagraniczna wzrosła o 41,40% i wyniosła 6,16 mln zł w stosunku do 4,36 mln zł w II kwartale 2009 roku.
Accruing after first half-year Centrum Klima profits have increased by 11,72% up to PLZ 39,10 million against the first six month of 2009. Net profit amounted to PLZ 3.19 million whilst gain from operational activity reached PLZ 3.62 million.
Two first quarters of 2010 are characterized by a definite increase - in general sales as well as in export sales. Additionally margins have been raised, what is reflected in the presented results. The company has also expanded foreign sales market and added to its offer range of new products. Positive trend has been also noted in sales of Centrum Klima's own products. In May there was 56,30% boom, in June sales has increased by next 23,04% whilst in July for another 10,08% as compared to analogical periods in 2009.
"We are very pleased with the first half-year results that were achieved by Centrum Klima this year. The second quarter of 2010 is a record achievement in the history of the company. Following months show promise to be just as good, what is mainly due to high number of orders and in time realization of the investment in Wieruchów, which will finally allow quadrupling the power of production. We have also broadened our product portfolio with novelties like VENTAL System air handling units. These above mentioned factors let us assume that the following quarters of 2010 will be equally successful. The visible vivification of the market and increase in net margin from month to month by next decimal of percent attest that" - says Marek Perendyk, the chairman of Centrum Klima S.A.
First half-year of 2010 was the time of extensive activity not only in context of realization of the investment, but as well in the expansion of the product portfolio. The company has fulfilled its main emission aim and has finalized its investment in Wieruchów, which started in the end of 2009. On 16th of August the company has moved to its new headquarters at 144, Sochaczewska Street. It is assumed, that by the end of September the whole line of production will be launched. Centrum Klima is the innovative company that is always in the state of flux - in 2010 the company invested over 1.65 million Euros in machines that produce ventilation installations elements. Thanks to this investment the company possesses one of the most ultramodern machine parks in Europe dedicated to the production of ventilation systems. The attainment of full production power of the newly bought machines is anticipated for the year 2010 and it will increase current productive possibilities of the company four times.
Moreover, in order to broaden the sales offer, in July 2010 Centrum Klima has introduced new VENTAL system air handling units. These high class devices ready for installation are being offered under the new brand name that belongs to Centrum Klima. It is estimated that the broaden portfolio can bring approximately 20% increase in sales income coming from this particular product group in the annual rate.
"Centrum Klima's consequent policy, which bases on the foreign expansion, introduction of new products and broadening of its own assortment brings rational results. Analysis of market situation and Centrum Klima's financial condition indicates, that similar to the year 2009, in this year as well we will manage to bring the financial prognosis off or even overdraw the estimated PLZ 7.,2 million income. In the first month of the third quarter total sales income has increased by 39,06% in relation to the analogical period in last year, while export has improved even by 46,8%. We believe that successfully implemented strategy of development, which results in the visible systematic growth of our income and very good results, win investors recognition and also their dynamically growing involvement with the company" - says Marek Perendyk, the chairman of Centrum Klima SA.
In 2009 Centrum Klima had put across its financial prognosis with 101,5% reaching its sales income on the level of PLZ 71.7 million. Net profit amounts to PLZ 6.7 million (fruition of prognosis in 95,8%), what has allowed to gain net margin at the level of 9,4%. Despite the hard situation in the country, the year 2009 was for Centrum Klima the time of steady development. The company had consequently established its status of the leading enterprise on the Polish market in the area of distribution and production of elements for ventilation and air-conditioning systems, as well as that of significant subject operating on the European Union's market.
