Centrum Klima will pay higher dividend for 2009
During the General Meeting which took place on 20th May 2010, the Shareholders of Centrum Klima took a decision concerning payment of the dividend for 2009 in the amount of PLN 0.45 zł per share. This means the originally envisaged amount of PLN 0.40 was increased by PLN 0.05 per share. The Company will pay 57% of net unit profit that is PLN 3.833 million. The right to dividend will be established on 7th June 2010, and it will be paid on 17th June 2010

Centrum Klima has become the Pearl of Polish Stock Exchange
Centrum Klima - the leading Polish producer and distributor of ventilation and air-conditioning systems, which is also an important player on the European markets - was included among the Pearls of Polish Stock Exchange [Perły Polskiej Giełdy], distinguished by Parkiet, Stock Exchange daily. Both financial results of the company and increase of its share price contributed to receiving the nomination.

Centrum Klima - foreign sales increased by 29.2%
Centrum Klima - the leading Polish producer and distributor of ventilation and air-conditioning systems, which is also an important player on the European markets - maintained revenues from sales in I quarter of 2010 on the level of PLN 17.05 million, close to the result achieved in the corresponding period of 2009 (PLN 17.06 million). Net profit was PLN 1.30 million, that is 3.25% more than in I quarter of 2009. Foreign sales increased by 29.2% (from PLN 3.63 million in I quarter of 2009 to PLN 4.70 million in I quarter of 2010).

Centrum Klima contributes to the education of Polish university students
Centrum Klima conducted another part of the training series for the students of the Warsaw University of Technology within the framework of the initiative to contribute to their education. It was not the first common project of the company and university. Since 2008 the company has been cooperating among others, with the Institute of Heating and Ventilation of the Warsaw University of Technology - it has been supplying ventilation and air-conditioning components to be used during scientific research.

Centrum Klima prepares for boosting the production
Centrum Klima purchased a package of machines by the Swiss company Spiro International with the value of 1,34 mln zł*. The investment is connected with the construction of the new warehouse-production-office complex in Wieruchów and will strengthen the present production capacities of the company.
