Centrum Klima implements an IT management system to run its high storage capacity warehouse
Centrum Klima - wiodący na rynku polskim oraz liczący się w Europie producent i dystrybutor systemów wentylacyjnych i klimatyzacyjnych - wdrożyła nowoczesne oprogramowanie magazynowe systemu Impuls 5 (Magazyn Wysokiego Składowania - MWS). Rozwiązanie to pozwoli usprawnić procesy logistyczne i zoptymalizować prace magazynu. Dostawcą systemu jest firma BPSC, która w ubiegłym roku wdrożyła w Centrum Klima kompleksowe rozwiązanie klasy ERP. Wybór tego dostawcy miał na celu zagwarantowanie integralności całej platformy informatycznej spółki.
High Storage Capacity Warehouse of Impuls 5 system will guarantee the optimal use of Centrum Klima warehouse space and will speed up the process of dispatching goods to its business partners. An additional advantage of the system is a more efficient time management for the warehouse workers and a clear division of competences. Moreover, the system allows to mark racks and goods with bar codes, which seriously reduces the number of errors when completing an order and makes the warehouse operation more efficient.

The introduced functionality will facilitate our clients and support the trade policy of Centrum Klima. Thanks to a modern IT system we will increase the supervision over a comprehensive implementation of orders. MWS software will help us reduce the time of providing services to clients, additionally increasing sales effectiveness, which will have a positive impact on our business, considering the scale of our operations" - says Marek Perendyk, President of the Management Board of Centrum Klima SA.
In October 2011 Centrum Klima launched another production line which manufactures the components designated mainly for export. For the last three years, the company has already invested PLN 16 million in modern machines, including a an entirely automated half shell welding machine - VARB 60 of a renowned Swiss company called SOUTEC. Centrum Klima dynamically develops its high margin export sales, which constituted 33% of revenues in the first half of 2011 and increased by as much as 38% when compared to the corresponding period of 2010. The export should constitute 45% of the company sales according to our targets.
After three quarters of 2011, Centrum Klima earned the accrued net profit of PLN 6.28 million, which signifies an increase of 28.45% when compared to the corresponding period of 2010. Sales revenues increased by 11.18% and amounted to PLN 70.35 million (when compared to PLN 63.27 million after three quarters of 2010). EBITDA increased by 40.78% and reached PLN 10.12 million. During next quarters, the Company is going to invest about PLN 45 million in a new production complex and introduce a unique, high margin product to its offer.
Accrued results after three quarters of 2011 (compared to 2010):
