Centrum Klima has commenced its investment project on a recently purchased plot of land in the village of Wieruchów, Commune Ożarów Mazowiecki. An undeveloped plot of land having the area of 22,142 sq. m. will be used for construction of a facilities complex comprising a production hall, a warehouse, social and office space, an umbrella roof, a technical building, a vehicle manoeuvring area, and a fire water tank.
The investment project is to increase the Company's production capabilities and the warehousing area. The Company is planning to allocate some PLN 30m for completing the entire complex.
The office building with an usable area of 1,930 sq. m. is a two-floor facility for assignment teams, office employees and production workers. The social amenity room for production workers is located on the first floor, a canteen for 60 people and dressing rooms have modern equipment, and each employee has their own locker for clothes and a lunch cabinet. The ground floor houses offices and a conference and training room.
The production hall is located in a one-floor building made as a steel structure, is heat-insulated and additionally heated having the usable area of 3,429 sq. m. The production hall has a special gate for loading raw materials, an overhead travelling crane that will be capable of transporting objects weighing up to 8 tons across the entire length of the hall. Vehicles will be unloaded in a dock and using a special loading ramp.
Goods in the warehouse room having the area of over 5,000 sq. m will be stored on stacking racks, EURO pallets on five levels of storing. Uploading and offloading will be effected through special gates and loading docks located below the floor level. There is office space and a waiting room for drivers separately set up in the building.
The entire complex is additionally equipped with a warehousing umbrella roof where large-size sheet will be stored on cantilever racks. Additionally, there is a technical building (with a handy warehouse and a room for charging electric carts), roofing (for storing cardboard packaging) and a large non-collision vehicle manoeuvring area.
The complex will be adjusted to operate in a two-shift (one shift may be staffed by as many as 65 persons), transport will be organised with the help of electric carts and fuel-engine carts, and the entire facility has been equipped with numerous lines for manufacturing elements for ventilation systems supported by state-of-the-art machinery stock (flexible ducts, pipe fittings, elbow connections etc.). The entire complex will not have an adverse impact on the natural environment.
