Registration of Series C Shares
The Management Board of Centrum Klima informs that today, the company has received a report from KDPW stating that on 7th December 2009 registration of 3.000.000 (3 million) Series C Shares will take place in accordance with resolution number 405/09 of the Management Board Of National Deposit of Securities from 15th of October 2009.
Series C Shares were marked with code PLCNKLM00016.
