Signing a significant agreement (agreement on construction of office, production and warhousing complex in Wieruchów in general contractory system)
The Management Board of Centrum Klima SA informs that on 16.12.2009 the company has sealed the agreement construction of office, production and warhousing complex in Wieruchów with the contractor - Skalski Budownictwo Ltd. based in Kraków (therafter "contractor").
The contract was signed on constructing on Centrum Klima property in Wieruchów Sochaczewska street in accordance with construction lease from 25 of March 2009, project documents and Construction Law resolutions of a office, production and warhousing complex with a surface of 10.624 m2, and acquiring all needed approvals of administrative boddies allowing full usage of the complex confirmed by a lease.
The deadline for the completion of the complex was set on 15th of July of 2010.
The remuneration for this service was agreed on 15.293.680 PLN net plus value added tax.
There were statements concerning fines placed in the agreement that can’t however exceed 15% of the amount of the contract and both sides can demand the compensation of incurred losses.
The agreement was significant due to value of the service that exceeds 10% of companies ownership capital of the company.
