Change in significant agreement with Bank Handlowy S.A. w Warszawie and sales of assets of grate value
The Management Board of Centrum Klima S.A. based in Piastów informs that on 28th of December 2009 the company received a signed copy of an annex to the agreement of alienation no BDK/PR-PG/000801626/0119/08 from 23rd of 2008. The company informed about signing this agreement in the stock offering information materials confirmed by the KNF on 9th October 2009.
On the basis of above annex both sides changed the subject of the alienation so the company transferred ownership of the stocks and cooling-ventilating devices of value 10.000.000 PLN stocked in the warehouse in Piastów, Noakowskiego 4 and another Warszawa, Instalatorów street on the Bank. The agreement can be finished through paying off the amount due to the bank. In that case the ownership rights shall be transferred back to the company.
