Correction of report number 76: Assigning of the supervisors
Concerning the fact that report number 76/2010 from 8th of January 2010 was sent by mistake with number 76/2010 and the correct number of this current report is 2/2010. Moreover we display full report in correct form below:
The Management Board of Centrum Klima SA informs that, Extraordinary General Meeting, which took place on January the 7th 2010 has appointed Mr. Jakub Głowacki and Mrs. Urszula Jakrzewska on the position of Supervisory Board member.
Mr. Jakub Głowacki is a lawyer with a PhD in law and is a legal advisor.
Since 2007 Mr. Jakub Głowacki holds a position as chairman of Supervisory boards of QUERCUS TFI S.A. and CEO of Fundusz Ziemi Polskiej Ltd. Since 2003 Mr. Jakub Głowacki cooperates with BNT legal advisors in Warsaw participating in customer service in branch of immovables market.
Apart from Supervisory Board member position Mr. Jakub Głowacki was not signed for any other role in the Company.
According to Mr. Głowacki's declaration his positions in other companies holds no competition against Centrum Klima.
Mr. Głowacki does not appear in Insolvent Debtors Registry according to KRS data.
Mrs. Urszula Jakrzewska has a masters degree on SGPiS in Economics that she gained in 1977. She also finished additional studies on Warsaw School of Economics in 1994.
Mrs. Jakrzewska is also an expert on accountancy and finance as well as corporate tax advisory in SME scector.
During her career path Mrs. Jakrzewska has hold several crucial positions such as: Assistant to Office Manager in BSSPD, inspector of planning department in Ministry of Forestrs and Wooden Industry.
At present Mrs. Jakrzewska has her own company Biuro Rachunkowe 2000. Apart from Supervisory Board member position Mrs. Jakrzewska was not signed for any other role in the Company.
According to Mrs. Jakrzewska declaration his positions in other companies holds no competition against Centrum Klima.
Mrs. Jakrzewska does not appear in Insolvent Debtors Registry according to KRS data.
