Shareholders with above 5% share in voting rights on the Extraordinary General Assembly held on 7th of January 2010
The Management Board of Centrum Klima SA gives below the list of shareholders with above 5% share in stocks of all present on Extraordinary General Assembly of the company held on 7th of January 2010.
1. Marek Perendyk 2.330.153 voting rights, chich was 47,6194 per cent of voting rights present on the Extraordinary General Assembly and 27,3536% per cent of all voting rights.
2. Wojciech Jakrzewski 2.303.222 voting rights, chich was 47,0690 per cent of voting rights present on the Extraordinary General Assembly and 27,0375% per cent of all voting rights.
