Resignation of a supervising person
The Management Board of Centrum Klima S.A. with registered office in Wieruchów (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") hereby publishes the information that on 18th November 2010 the Company received the resignation of Ms Iwona Perendyk from fulfilling the function of a member of the Company?s Supervisory Board.
Within the framework of the Supervisory Board, Ms Iwona Perendyk had fulfilled the function of the Vice-Chairperson of the Supervisory Board until 18th November 2010.
The resignation was submitted by e-mail and confirmed by Ms Iwona Perendyk in a telephone conversation with the Company?s Management Board.
The resignation took effect today (19th November 2010).
Ms Iwona Perendyk did not provide any reasons for submitting her resignation.
