Correction of report number 1/2010: Deadlines for introducing periodic reports for 2010
In accordance with terror that occurred in current report number 4/2010 from 29th January 2010 the person who signed the report of Management Board of Centrum Klima SA was falsely declared as "Tomasz Gruszka" instead of correct which is "Marek Perendyk". Underneath You shall find the correct version of the report.
The Management Board of Centrum Klima based in Piastów informs of the following deadlines for introducing periodic reports for 2010:
Annual report:
Annual report for 2009 – 15th March 2010
Semi-annual report:
Semi-annual report – 31st August 2010
Quarterly reports:
Report for the 1st quarter of 2010 – 13th of May 2010
Report for the 3rd quarter of 2010 – 11th of November 2010
Company informs that on the basis of paragraph 102 item 1 of Ministry of Finance resolution from 19th February 2009 on the matter of periodical and current reports of share issuers the Company will not publish separate reports for 2nd and 4th quarter of 2010.
