Issuers Management Boards Recommendation on dividend payment for 2009
The issuer informs that the Management Board of Centrum Klima S.A. has decided that the recommendation for Ordinary General Assembly of the Issuer, so the resolution on dividing companies profit for 2009 would incorporate payment of the dividend of 0,40 PLN per share.
