Change of major contract on construction project of warehouse, production and office space complex
The Management Board of Centrum Klima SA informs that on 30.03.2010 the company has received a signed by Skalski Budownictwo Sp. Z o.o. (further named as "General Contractor") appendix number 3 and 4 to a contract from 16.12.2009 on construction project of warehouse, production and office space complex in Wieruchów about which the company has informed in current report number 72/2009.
On the basis of appendix no. 3 the range of contruction works have been extended by logistic infrastructere (WLAN and LAN networks), and in appendix no. 4 by additional works that came into necessity during project realization. Detaliled work specification has been add in Attachements to both appendixes.
As a result of the expansion of the work range the change has been made to the total sum of payment for all the services which equals 18 096 101,00 PLN plus due VAT 24 534 EUR (twenty four thousend five hundred and thiry four Euro).
Part of the ammount due to the General Contractor provided in Euro will be exchanged for PLN in exchange rate of the National Bank on the day stated on the invoice issued by the General Contractor.
The basis of acknowledging the appendixes no. 3 and 4 to the contract from 16th December 2009 is that is more than 10% change to the contract value and is a major change as the art. 56 of the Offering Act is concerned.
