Company chooses the external auditing company
The Management Board of Centrum Klima S.A., Piastow, (hereinafter "Company") advises that the Supervisory Board of the company on the basis of article 22 clause 2 of the Articles of Association has chosen the external auditing company ? PKF Audyt Sp. Z o.o. based in Warsaw, Elbląska 15/17 to commission analysis of the annual financial report for 2010 and review of the quarterly financial report for the first quarter.
PKF Audyt Sp. Z o.o. based in Warsaw was signed to the list of entities authorized to audit financial statements by the National Chamber of Chartered Accountants with the number 548.The Supervisory Board adopted a resolution no 08/04/2010 concerning choice of the external auditor on 15th of April 2010. The choice was in accordance with all current regulations.
PKF Audyt Sp. z o.o. cooperates with Centrum Klima since 2009 in the area of auditing financial statements. Particularly half-yearly review of financial statements of the Company for the period 1 January - 30 June 2009 and the annual financial statement for the year 2009.
PKF Audyt Sp. z o.o. is a company owned by PKF Consult Sp. z o.o. based in Warsaw. PKF Consult Sp. z o.o.which was auditing Centrum Klima Sp. z o.o. for the years 2007 and 2008.
New agreement for the external audit service and review of the financial statements will be for the review and audit of financial report for 2010.
