Acceptance of the resolution on dividend
Management Board of Centrum Klima S.A. with registered office in Piastów (hereinafter "the Company") publishes the information, that Ordinary General Assembly which took place on 20th May 2010 accepted the resolution no. 04/05/2010 on division of the profit from 2009 by paying the dividend to shareholders.
According to the resolution:
a. the amount of the dividend is 3.833.381,25 PLN (three million eight hundred and thirty three thousands three hundred and eighty one point twenty five PLN)
b. Dividend per share is to be 0,45 PLN (zero point forty five PLN).
c. The dividend is to be paid for 8.518.625 (eight million 5 hundred and eighteen thousand six hundred and twenty five)
d. the date of the dividend is set on 7th June 2010
e. the date of payment of the dividend set on 17th of June 2010.
Legal basis:
art. 56 item 1 point 2 in connection with art. 56 item 5 of the Offer - Current and Periodical Information Law in connection with §5 item 1 point 3 of the Ordinance of the Minister of Finance of 19th February 2009 concerning current and periodical information provided by issuers of securities and the conditions for considering information required by legal regulations of a state other than a member state as equivalent. |
