Shareholders with above 5% share in voting rights on the Extraordinary General Assembly held on 20th May 2010
The Management Board of Centrum Klima SA gives below the list of shareholders with above 5% share in stocks of all present on Extraordinary General Assembly of the company held on 20th of MAy 2010.
1. Marek Perendyk 2.330.153 voting rights, which was 50,2364 per cent of voting rights present on the Extraordinary General Assembly and 27,3536 per cent of all voting rights.
2. Wojciech Jakrzewski 2.303.222 voting rights, which was 49,6557per cent of voting rights present on the Extraordinary General Assembly and 27,0375 per cent of all voting rights.
