Trade in company shares
By this report the Management Board of Centrum Klima S.A. informs that on day 30.06.2010 it received a notice from Marek Perendyk, Chairman of the Management Board, Centrum Klima S.A. served pursuant to article 160 of the July 29, 2005 Act on trade in financial instruments.
This notice refers to purchases between 24-30.06.2010 of 18 559 company shares by the code PLCNKLM00016 for total of 218 896,01 PLN.
he above transactions were concluded during trading sessions of the Warsaw Stock Exchange.
