Obtaining a permit for using the production-warehouse-office facility in Wieruchów
The Management Board of Centrum Klima S.A. with its seat in Piastów (hereinafter „the Company”) announces to the public that yesterday (15 July 2010) the Company obtained information that West Warsaw Province Construction Site Inspector issued on 29 June 2010 a decision No. 474/10 on granting the Company a permit for using a production Site with a warehouse and an office building with a social and technical back office on the plot of land with the reference number 74/1 in Wieruchów, Ożarów Mazowiecki commune and the decision became effective on 14 July 2010.
On account of obtaining the aforementioned final decision it will be possible for the Company to start production in the production site in Wieruchów on the date planned by the Company.
The information was provided to the Company by the General Contractor (Skalski Budownictwo Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością Spółka Komandytowo – Akcyjna with the seat in Kraków), which executed the investment pursuant to the contract, on the conclusion of which the Company informed in the current report No. 72/2009, according to which the General Contractor performed all the actions connected to obtaining the aforementioned decision.
