Bank Handlowy S. A. renounces the collateral for a loan agreement in the form of mortgage on the Company's real property in Piastów
Management Board of Klima S.A. with registered office in Piastów (hereinafter ?the Company?) announces that on 9th August 2010 the Company received a counterpart of Annex no. 5 to the Loan Agreement on Current Account PBP/ZDS/KR - RB/0078/07 of 2nd March 2007 (?the Loan Agreement?), signed by Bank Handlowy w Warszawie S.A. with registered office in Warsaw (?the Bank?).
Based on the above mentioned annex the parties changed the collateral for the Loan Agreement, so that the Bank renounced the collateral in the form of a capped mortgage up to the amount of PLN 5,000,000.00 established on the real property owned by the Company and located in Piastów, at ul. Noakowskiego 4, for which the District Court in Pruszków, VI Land and Mortgage Register Division maintains land and mortgage register no. WA1P/00078290/3.
As a result of the concluded annex, the only collateral for the loan agreement is currently the contractual capped mortgage up to the amount of PLN 7,500,000.00 on the real property owned by the Company and located in Wieruchów, at ul. Świerkowa, for which the District Court in Pruszków, VI Land and Mortgage Register Division maintains land and mortgage register no. KW WA1P/00078290/3 together this the assignment of insurance contract rights.
Alongside Annex no. 5, The Company also received the Bank?s declaration of 4th August 2010 about renouncing the collateral in the form of the mortgage on the real property located in Piastów, at ul. Noakowskiego 4, which constitutes the basis for removing this mortgage.
