Collective information concerning the buy-back of own shares during the period from 23rd January 2012 to 31st January 2012
In connection with passing resolution no. 05/09/2011 of the Extraordinary General Meeting of Centrum Klima S.A. on authorising the Company's Management Board to buy-back own shares of Centrum Klima S.A. according to art. 362, § 1, point 8 of the Commercial Companies Code, passing the resolution on the conditions of Own Shares Buy-back Programme and creating reserve capital for this purpose, and in connection with z the Management Board's resolution no. 01/09/2011 of 13th September 2011 on the Company's launching own shares buy-back programme implemented on the basis and within the limits of the authorisation granted by resolution no. 05/09/2011 of the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company on 13th September 2011 (hereinafter "the Buy-back Programme"), according to the content of art. 4, item 4 of Regulation (EC) no. 2273/2003 of 22nd December 2003 implementing Directive 2003/CE of the European Parliament and of the Council as regards exemptions for buy-back programmes and stabilisation of financial instruments ("the Regulation"), the Management Board of Centrum Klima Spółka Akcyjna z with registered office in Wieruchów (hereinafter "the Company") hereby provides the collective information concerning the transaction of buying-back own shares during the period from 23rd January 2012 to 31st January 2012 on the main market of the Warsaw Stock Exchange via the brokerage house of Bank Handlowy S.A., where the Company maintains its securities account.
